TV MOTORIZED ART
Shown to the left is a 75″ tv recessed into the wall. The custom Leon frame and art conceal the the tv when it is not being used. When the TV is being watched the motorized art elegantly disappears into the top of the tv. The unit is automated with through Savant with a simple button press.
IN-CEILING LIFTS
Shown to the left - This pool house / gym shown was built as an additional structure to the main house. The owners didn’t requried a tv, but didn’t want it to be visible when not in use. After careful design, the pool house / gym tv motorized lift disappeared into the ceiling when not in use. The TV / motorized lift were integrated through a Savant Control System with a centralized network.
Motorized Under-Bed- Lifts
Shown to the right - One of the requirements for this ocean front home was to preserve the ocean view when the tv was off, while still having the ability to watch tv from their bedroom when they wanted. This 55″ TV disappears completely with an Under Bed Lift on a Swivel mechanism to preserve the ocean view. The unit is completely automated with a Savant system.
